SQL - CARTESIAN ou CROSS JOINS

CARTESIAN JOIN ou CROSS JOIN renvoie le produit cartésien des ensembles d'enregistrements de deux ou plusieurs tables jointes. Ainsi, cela équivaut à une jointure interne où la condition de jointure est toujours évaluée à True ou où la condition de jointure est absente de l'instruction.

Syntaxe

La syntaxe de base du CARTESIAN JOIN ou la CROSS JOIN est comme suit -

SELECT table1.column1, table2.column2...
FROM  table1, table2 [, table3 ]

Exemple

Considérez les deux tableaux suivants.

Table 1 - Le tableau CUSTOMERS est le suivant.
